Outlook will not open

After installing Office Pro 2003, when attempting to open Outlook I get a
dialogue box saying that "a problem has been encountered" and the "this
program will close" It then attempts to open in safe mode (fails with same
dialogue box) and goes into repair - says config was successful but same box
comes up. All other Office programs work well

Would you ask a tennis expert about golfclubs?
Microsoft Project experts may not have the answer to Outlook questions
either..
There definitely are Newsgroups on Outlook.
