No it doens't have to do anything with outlook.exe. i think outlook and
communicator (and/or messenger) run into each other. if you terminate
rundll32.exe and communicator.exe (if you have communicator or messegner
processed if you have windows messenger instead) that would allow the outlook
to restart.
Of course it is. I also confirmed that with Filemon and ProcessMgr. it is
100% connected with communicator/Windows messenger (not msn). there might be
other reasons too but this is deffinitely one.
