I am running Office XP Professional and Windows XP Professional. I have
Instant Messaging enabled in Outlook. If I sign up for a new passport, do I
need to remove my personal folder and create a new one? If so, how do I do
this?

No, you won't have to do that. It integrates with the logged on user in MSN
Messenger or Windows Messenger
