Outlook XP profile Issue

When trying to forward documents via right clicking on the
document I want to send, clicking on the Send to button,
then clicking on mail recipient, Outlook pops up a box
asking for my display name and requests I set up a profile
when I already have one. The program was just loaded and
all the appropriate service packs are loaded.

Any ideas?

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
