Outlook XP stops responding

HI all,

i am using Outlook XP(SP2) on windows XP system. i have
configured Exchange & normal IMap server for my mails.

when my system is untouched for lets say hal an hour then
Outlook Hangs &stops responding, i have to end task & then
restart Outlook then only it works.


any help will be highly appreciated.
