I installed SP 3 today and now whenever I send/receive a box pops up saying someone is requesting access ....yes or no and for how long? Why is this happening?

This is similar to the message one gets when synchronizing a PDA with
Outlook XP as it is referencing the Contacts list. This is just a normal
part of how Outlook functions. Just put a check mark in the checkbox on the
left of the dialog, increase the time to allow if needed and click OK.
