Ok this is how it is:
User1 is a pc machine and user2 is a laptop user both are
connected to the network and exchange server. They both
use it for e-mail now. I want to share contacts on these
two real time and create a second set on the laptop. then
when use two is on the road they can update from the real
time to the second set created which will be stored local
on the laptop for when they travel.
