I recently upgraded from ME to XP. Since, I am unable to
sync with my HP iPAQ. When trying to open Outlook and
Outlook Express I get a message saying that I have
upgraded and Outlook needs to reconfigure itself. In
attempting to do so I get a message saying the feature
I'm trying to use is on the disk Microsoft 2000 SR-1
which I do not have as programs came loaded on my
computer amd I received no program disks from Dell. Is
there any way to solve this problem or obtain the subject
disk/download? Thanks

You'd need to ask Dell for help with this. They're the only ones who would
be able to provide you with the disks.
