Need help!

When opening Outlook- a dialog box pops up -c:\WINNT\System32\msnetxxi.dll' is not a valid office add-in…I click ok and then Outlook closes, I have removed the file msnetxxi.dll' but Outlook will not stay open.

Can anyone help me…please!
