I have an email in my outlook that I cannot delete, or move. I have tried
using the delete key, then the Edit and delete. I have tried moving it to
the junk mail, but nothing seems to work. I need a suggestion please?

File -> Work Offline
Now try to delete it
If still not possible, close outlook and verify that it's closed (check
for OUTLOOK.EXE process in task manager)
Open Outlook
Delete the message
File -> Work Offline (to return to online mode)
