When I archive messages or try to access archived
messages, I get the following messages:

Error while archiving folder "Deleted Items" in
store "Personal Folders". File access is denied. You do
not have the permission required to access the file
C:\WINDOWS\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\archive.pst.

Error while archiving folder "Sent Items" in
store "Personal Folders". File access is denied. You do
not have the permission required to access the file
C:\WINDOWS\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\archive.pst.

Error while archiving folder "Calendar" in store "Personal
Folders". File access is denied. You do not have the
permission required to access the file
C:\WINDOWS\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\archive.pst.

Error while archiving folder "Journal" in store "Personal
Folders". File access is denied. You do not have the
permission required to access the file
C:\WINDOWS\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\archive.pst.

Error while archiving folder "Tasks" in store "Personal
Folders". File access is denied. You do not have the
permission required to access the file
C:\WINDOWS\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\archive.pst.
