outlook

Have problem with outlook. It used to work. Now since upgrading to msn 9 and downloading update to outlook in April 04 cannot get to work. I have outlook 2000 small business and windows me. I get error message OX800CCCOE

You may need to turn off email scanning in your anti-virus. This does not
provide any added protection. Email scanning slows down Sending and
Receiving, sometimes enough that Outlook times out. Since some of the
received messages have large (often virus) attachments, which increases the
problem.

Consult your Anti-virus software vendor for more information on this.
