Outlook2002 & attachment 'eating'

I am getting the message: OE removed access to ...
attachment [because it is unsafe]. The attachment isn't
unsafe. I have read other advice about this ... can
anyone assist in plain langauge please.

If your message said "OE has removed..." you are talking about Express, not
Outlook.
