Outlook2002 & attachment 'eating'

I am getting the message: OE removed access to ...
attachment [because it is unsafe]. The attachment isn't
unsafe. I have read other advice about this ... can
anyone assist in plain langauge please.

Open Outlook Express and select Tools | Options | Security tab and uncheck
the second box from the top. If you really meant Microsoft Outlook 2002
(part of Office XP), then see

If your message said "OE has removed..." you are talking about Express, not
Outlook.
