Hello,
On outlook 2000 there is a user that keeps having an
outlook message popup on shutdown. When she does a
shutdown, it pops up with OUTLOOKHTMLMENU is having
problems shuttting down, and the progress bar fills up
slowly and you have to click the "end process now"
button. I know its hard to ask, but I havent found
anything in the knowledge base. I have no idea what the
outlookhtmlmenu is and nothing is being popped up on
searches. Is there anything that I can do?
