Outlooks hangs when opening message...

I have Outlook 2002 for XP. I have a problem that just
started happening. Lately when I send messages via
Outlook I get some that come back as undeliverable. After
the message is downloaded and the focus is put on that
undeliverable email, the system locks up and the only
thing I can do it reboot the computer. I don't know what
is causing this. Please help.
