Hi All,
I have a strange problem happening with a computer user.
First, we are using win2k server, and exchange 2000.
When the user trys to send an excel file to a public
folder, the internet account wiz start up and asks for
a display name, email address etc, like it needs to create
a new account. I checked the programs tab on internet
options, and email was set to outlook express. I knew that
needed to be changed back to outlook, and probably the
reason why is was trying to create a new account. But even
after she logs out and back in, it still wants to create
the account, with a Pop server, BTW, I am baffled!! Can
someone please give me some advise on how to resolve this
problem??? Thanks in advance......Bill
