Outloook 2003: Hyperlinks are not working correctly

I have a user that when she clicks on a hyperlink, IE will open to her
homepage but will not go the link.

I have restored all the default setting in IE and ran the IEFix batch file
to register the DLL files, but still only the home page is coming up.

Any suggestions?

How does it behave for hyperlinks from other applications?
Also test it with non-Office applications.
