I have a new pc with XP with SP2. Office 2003 home edition. I have tested
this problem on two printers - one new and the the one I previously used with
office 2000 (which worked perfectly WIZIWIG) and still have the same problem.
Its not the print cartridges; I have cleaned, aligned, self tested both sets
and they are both new. The colour on screen in both text and graphics
printed is different colours to the screen that I am working to. I am
desperate. I work from home and my client is expecting to see a piece of
work which I have been producing for her for the last three years with some
amendments made to it by the end of the day - please can somebody help me
with a suggestion, fix, anything? I am no techie so plain English please.
