oval picture frames

I am new to Publisher, my first try. I'm creating scrapbook pages for my
son's preschool.

I've learned how to insert SQUARE pictures and edit picture frames. Is
there a way to insert other shapes of picture frames?

There are many oval borders on the clipart web site.
http://office.microsoft.com/clipart/results.aspx?lc=en-us&Scope=MC,MM,MP,MS&Query=borders

Use autoshapes to draw an oval, right-click the shape, fill, fill effects, picture
tab, browse to your image.
