OWA email

I can't send email when using Outlook Web Access. I
graphics placeholder shows up in the text field instead of
a text box to write a message in. Office is up to date and
so is XP pro. Other people in the company are having no
problems, and on a Windows 2000 computer I have there are
also no problems. Appears to be an issue with this
specific computer. Oh, and Goggle is not blocking popups.
