OWA wants the Office install CD when replying to a message

I have several users who routinely access their email from
the web while out of the office. Recently some have been
asked to insert the Office CD when they click the reply
button in the web interface. I have not been able to
determine what component is needed and why. Has anyone had
a similar experience?
