pack and go

I am running powerpoint 2002 professional, I am the main source for creating
presentations for the corporation, however, when I pack and go the custom
animation file does not take all the settings? Is this because the system
I'm sending to does not have the higher level of powerpoint? and if so how
do I get around this?

You might want to ask in a PowerPoint group. This group is for Outlook
