Well, you Zip them using a utility such as WinRAR or WinZip. Microsoft
Office once included a great component called the Microsoft Office Binder,
if you have a older version of Office such as Office 2000, you can run
Office Setup and install on it.
I know that Binder supports binding Spreadsheets, documents and project
files.
