Packaging or transfering

I have an older PC with windows 98 on it. I really enjoy that PC, as it has
the complete Microsoft Office programs on it. Now I have a new PC with W-XP,
but a minimal version of Microsoft office,and no Powerpoint at all. Is there
any way to transfer the program so it will run on the new PC? Or else a
packaging program that would do the job?
