Packed and unpacked files

I received packed and unpacked files for our printer for our community
newsletter which is done with Microsoft Publisher 2007. I cannot open these
files. How do I open them.

Do you have Publisher, any version from 2002 up? Those versions can open your
files.

Otherwise have your sender convert the files to a PDF. There are free converters
around. Microsoft has a "save as" PDF add-in for Office 2007.
