PAGE BORDER GRAPHICS

I am trying to add a border to one page using FP2002. I see where I can make
the border solid or dotted, etc. How can I make the border out of a graphic,
like you can in WORD?

Wrap your whole page in a table and apply a table border with a size greater than 1
- you can't use a graphic for the border
