Using word I titled my document and started outline. Outline put in a page
break between the title and my outline, why? And how do I get rid of it?

By default, the built-in headings Heading 1--4 are defined as "Keep with
next" which is usually desirable, but if you are using them for an outline
(with no "intervening" paragraphs) you may get unexpected page breaks, since
Word has to start a new page at some point. Clear the "Keep with next"
setting via the Modify Style dialog box for, say, Heading 2--4.

To display the Modify Style dialog box (Word 2007): In the Styles pane
(Ctrl+Alt+Shift+S), rest the mouse pointer on a style name, click the arrow
that appears on the right, and then click Modify.
