Page breaks at each change in column value?

Is anyone aware of a way to set page breaks at each change
in a column value?

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

You could use the Subtotal feature to insert page breaks --

Select a cell in the list
Choose Data>Subtotals
In the 'At each change in:' dropdown, select the field on
which you want to base the page breaks
Select a field to subtotal
Add a check mark to 'Page break between groups'
Click OK

To hide the data in the totals rows, you could use conditional
formatting. There are instructions in Excel's help, and here:
