Page is much larger once published

Hi, I created a webpage and it fit on my screen in
Frontpage previews. But when I viewed it on a different
computer (possibly with a different version of Internet
Explorer), it is way too big for the page. Anybody know
the cause of this, and a possible solution?

What is the monitor resolution on the computer
you designed in, and what was the resolution
on the computer you viewed it on.??
