Page not blank-not template

[Tight Like Spandex 2 needs help!!!]

When I open up Word 2003, the page I see is a previous file. When I tried to
find the template that

said was there, it wasn't. Is there another way to make the page blank every
time I open it?

There is no other way. Check Tools - Options - File Locations - User
templates for the location of Normal.dot. It might be hidden, in which case
you'll need to find it using Windows Explorer (telling it not to hide hidden
files) and unhide it.
