Page numbering

Dear All,

I am attempting to put my thesis together as I speak and I have a question
about page numbering. I have produced all of my diagrams in CorelDraw and
have set them up with the same headers and footers in word. The question is
this in the word document I put a section break and adjust the page
numbering accordingly to allow space for the diagram. But what if I need to
edit the text, I'm sure it will require deleting the break and reinserting
it. Is there anyway to keep the text continuous (i.e. without breaks) but
changing the page numbers at the bottom of the page? Thanks in advance.

Cheers

Simon

If you're putting the thesis together manually and need only camera-ready
copy (not a digital file that contains all the contents), you might find
that the easiest solution is just to insert page breaks to create blank
pages to correspond to all the pages you'll insert from CorelDRAW.

Better still, after printing the "blank" pages (which will have the headers
and footers with the correct page numbers), feed the paper back through to
print the drawings from Corel. That way you don't have to be constantly
updating the page number in the header/footer of the Corel diagram.
