Page Numbers in Booklet

JEM

Just finished putting together a 40 booklet. Added page
numbers in the footer. Publisher places them below the
printable area of the page. How can I move the footers
without having to move all 40 footers manually?

Thanks

I doubt you can.

Would only be a five minute job at most to move them manually.

Jem,

If you are using Publisher 2002/2003 with footer or header page numbers, you
can go to View > Master and then move the page number footer/header box up
or down, and all the footer/header boxes will move up/down on all proceeding
pages. Then go back to View > Master to go back to the top page.
