Re page /paper formating.
I created a 4" x 6" 2-sided post card in Publisher using a template.
Unfortunately I see that paper to print this is $28.00 a pkg at Staples for
measly 100 post cards 2 up per pg.

Would like to use 4"x6" blank post card stock that cost $5.00 for 500. I
dont see an option to set my document up to print on this 1 per pg size stock.

Also would like to se an option to shrink the 4" x 6" post card to fit Avery
#8387
5.5" X 4.25" which are $10 for 160. Any help would be appreciated.

Setup your printer for a custom size 4" x 6". In page setup adjust your gaps and
margins to match the card stock. As for the 5.5 x 4.25 (8387) this is one of the
default postcard sizes in Publisher page layout. Adjust the layout guides in the
arrange menu. You have to be aware of your printer margin limitations.
