page setup problems when sending document to someone else

The page set up specially the left margin and alignment changes when I
send documents to one person who has Windows XP. I have Windows 98 and
use MS Office 2000.

I will appreciate solution for this

Word formats documents according to the printer driver. Windows 98 and XP
will use different drivers for even the same printer. As it is unlikely that
you can get the same printer driver for both operating systems, there is no
solution. If you wish to ensure that a recipient sees the same document
layout as you, the answer is to use PDF formats for which you will require
extra software - there are some alternatives linked from the favourites page
of my web site.
