When I open up a new document in Word. It opens up with only 1/2 the
letterhead showing. I have to manually select view headers/footers to get it
to come into view. Is this something that is set up incorrectly in
Normal.dot? It just started doing this about a month ago.

In Word, click on Tools | Options | View | check the "White space
between pages" box | OK.
