What pane do i go to to display all text formatting and graphics one slide at

No i will be doing basic a powerpoint presentation to a community base center

You mean the one on the left? Sure, you can use that. Your question is too
vague to provide much of an answer for, so I went with the most
straightforward information -- View/Normal gives the editing view that has
the main slide window, the slide/outline pane, and the taskpane on the
right.

Well, the slide pane on the left shows more than one slide. Since you want
one slide at a time, I think you need the middle (the big one) slide editing
pane that shows just one slide. That's the only view I can think of that
shows just one slide at a time. Notespage view will show one slide and
formatted speaker notes, but you cannot edit the text or graphics on the
slide from that view.

What is it you're trying to do on this pane when you show the text
formatting and graphics one slide at a time? There may be a better answer,
but without more information, I don't know what it is.
