Paper print size problem

Mike Fox

In Outlook, I have the print size for my monitor screen set quite
large to make for easy reading. However, whenever I print an email,
it prints that in that large size, too, taking up many pages.

Is there a way to have big print on the screen and small on paper
without changing size manually each time?

I'm using WinXP and Office XP.

Thanks

Mike

No. Outlook printing is largely WYSIWYG. When you change the font size in an
HTML message, Outlook complies with your wishes. It can't read your mind and
know that you want a different size for printing.
