Password box keeps popping up

Can anyone tell me how to disable the password box from
always popping up anytime I try to open any Access
database. When I go to another machine I can open the
databases fine and it does not prompt me for a password,
but it's just from one particular machine. I already tried
uninstalling and reinstalling Office but it still comes up.
It is only in Access.

It appears to depend on the Window's operating system. However try
this. Create a new shortcut. Don't copy the one you are using. Does that
work? What version of Windows are you using?

The password box is a start up parameter.
