Password fails in Project 2007 in files with shared resources

Hi,

This seems an obvious bug, but I've not seen it reported here or elsewhere.
I create "Project A" and "Project B" in 2007, and password protect both when
saving. Then I open both projects and share resources from Project B in
Project A, and make some changes to the shared resources from within Project
A. When I close and attempt to re-open Project A, it says "Password is
incorrect".

This is consistently repeatable, and installing SP1 has not fixed it. It's a
show stopper for me - can anyone repeat this, and if so does MS know about it?
