I use Project 2007.
I need to create two projects, let's say ProjectA and ProjectB, with a
shared pool of resources.
Can I get the result I need without using a Project Server?
Given my resources work on both projects, can I give priority to ProjectA
and allocate resources on ProjectB when they are not used in ProjerctA?
Let me give an example.
A resource is busy in Project A on Tuesday and Wednesday so, if the same
resource is assigned to a 3 days task on ProjectB starting on Monday he will
be busy on Monday, Thursday and Friday and the 3 days task will take 5 days
of elapsed time.
In other words, I want to use a resource in ProjectB when the resource is
not used in ProjectA.
Can I get the requested result without implementing Project Server?
