Password protecting my inbox

Does anyone know how to password protect my inbox so that
my business files can not be seen when outlook is open
and I am away from my desk? I am new to Outlook, like it,
but even if I do not enter my email password, offline
material can still be viewed. Please email me if you can.

Ask here, get an answer here. How can anyone tell you're not a troll
fishing for valid Email addresses?

If your Inbox is on a Exchange server, you probably already use a password
to access it. If your Inbox is in a Personal Folders file, right-click
"Outlook Today", click "Properties", then "Advanced". You'll see a place to
password protect the file. DON'T forget it, though, or you'll lose access
to your Inbox, Contacts, Sent Items, and every other folder you have.

But none of that will work, if the OP leaves his desk with Outlook OPEN as
he says that is what he does! The only answer is a password-protected Screen
saver.
