password recovery

my laptop runs on windows XP. i secured a document with a
password and now can't recall it. can you help recover
the doc/password?

There's no easy way to recover the password - or there would be no point in
having one. Search at google for lost passwords, or try Suzanne's suggestion
of hypnosis :)
