PassWord to publish to FrontPage (SharePoint?) http

Hi,
I'm TRYING to host a web site with FrontPage 2003 (Server
Extensions). When I try to publish it, I get prompted for
a UserName & PassWord to gain Administrative access. I
have tried all of the usernames & passwords that I have,
but none of them allow me access! I never set a password
for the site & I have been unable to find anyplace to
specify and set a PassWord for the published FrontPage
(SharePoint?) website!

What(where) is the SharePoint Services options &
administration application ?
