Password Using PDS (programatically).

Hi All

How can I change the password using PDS, I mean I don't
know the encryption algorithm of Project Server (I don't
want to know), but how can I use the COMs of project
server to do that?

When I create the a user using PDS I don't know what to
put in the password field.
