I've recently changed from cable to dsl, through SBC. Now I have a new sign
in name and password. When I attempt to send/receive, a request for my user
name and password comes on the screen with the fields already populated with
my current email address and password. Outlook won't accept these and it
won't allow me to change it. SBC tells me this has been a large problem for
them on a daily basis, but can't tell me how to fix it. Any suggestions?
