Paste special from Visio 2003

I am trying to paste a flowchart from Visio 2003 to Publisher 2007. I am
pasting it as an enhanced metafile. Most flowcharts that I paste are Ok, but
occasionally the lines will not line up correctly. They don't seem to split
evenly when going from one box to two boxes. Everything seems OK in the
original file in Visio.
