How do I disable the automatic appearance of the Paste tool bar that appears after the second or third consecutive copy command in office 2000 and the task pane that appears in office 2002/2003?

I'd love to know the answer to that question too.
XP seems to be full of these irritating pop-up things.
I tried the obvious solution of going into the "Options"
menu on the clipboard/Paste toolbar, and deselecting
the "Show Office Clipboard Automatically" option. but it
makes no difference whatsoever! Very helpful Microsoft,
thanks a lot!
