PasteAsText Office Wide?

I found in the Word groups that you can define a macro to paste special as
text only, I then applied a keyboard shortcut to it in word. Can I make this
work MS office wide? Or windows wide?

You can have this function everywhere in Windows by using the free little
program PureText. It works beautifully.
