Pasting spreadsheet crashes computer.

Dear All,
I am trying to copy a excel spreadsheet that is 260kb in size to a web page.
But this action crashes my Computer.
Please I need any suggestion.

Try saving the Excel file as a .htm and importing it into FP

Note a 260kb spreadsheet can easily generate more html code lines than FP can support (~32K)
