I have been asked to send pages from Publisher in PDF
format, but I don't know how. Any advice?

There are a number of programs that can create PDF files
Try:
Adobe Acrobat - www.adobe.com
PDF-Xchange - www.docu-track.com
PDF995 - www.pdf995.com

Adobe also has a free trial service where you can create 5 PDFs absolutely
free.
